Built in 1989, the resort of Oz is not as famous as some of the bigger resorts, but has assets taht we ensure that your holidays at the mountain will be a success.
Fast, pleasant and easy access Oz is the OISANS resort that is closest to GRENOBLE (55 Km) and the most easily accessible.
The resort centre is fully pedestrian so children can play more and parents worry less! In the daytime, while mum and dad walk or do some mountain bike the nursery take care of children between 6 months and 6 years old. They can play games outside, learn about the mountain and make new friends!
A functional resort 
With its small chalets made of wood and stone and its forest of fir-trees as a setting, accommodation, shops and services are all located in an area reserved for pedestrians and skiers...No need for a vehicle in Oz. The resort is small and parents are not afraid of letting their children play outside .

Oz is one of the 5 resorts in the Grandes Rousses domain.
In Summer, the Poutran and Alpette gondola give fast (15 mn) access to the heart of the 2000m : they drive you up to Alpe d'Huez, or the lakes area, at 2100m high
With your Visalp Pass access to Mountain biking track.
It is of course possible to climb even higher, 2700 m or 3330 m high to discover and visit the PIC BLANC with its Michelin 3*** classification.
